Second: super cheap USB key breaks - just from being plugged in a few dozen times. Third: in order to keep working, you have to first purchase a $30+tax Zero Downtime service (it's heavily promoted on their site - so the whole commonly-failing-hardware thing is not only known, it's a big part of the company's earning strategy).
