When I connect it the sample from the sdk it doesn't recognize it ( please insert a kinect for windows sensor into your pc), the light won't turn on and it doesn't show up in device manager. They are both Kinect's for Xbox 360 and the one with the black ball is fully functional on a Xbox 360.
